To clarify, I click the report button and enter my reasons and proof there as I submit.  If you investigate and mark him clean, then I post here?  Is that right?

It is a little confusing btw since the player was marked as clean before I clicked the report button...just sayin

The title of this forum thread is to report a player currently marked as clean.  I do that and post links to battle logs as well as a video then went to the players profile and clicked report with a link to my post.

Then I get some bullshit Will Smith picture from Riotranz showing the report button and the thread locked so I can't even reply.

Riotranz, this is my first time reporting a player, but I already had clicked the "Report" link so I'm not sure why I got your passive aggressive picture.  If I did something incorrectly please use your words and let me know what it is I did wrong.

Up until 3 days ago his accuracy was in the teens and twenties.  Then all of a sudden it jumps to the 40's, 50's, and 70's percentage wise with kill amounts over 100 consistently when the accuracy is super high.  The other video link I posted shows him going upstairs at about the 13 second mark and seeing an enemy icon on the screen that he should have been able to see.  He thinks the enemy icon is showing an enemy around a corner and starts shooting at it, but the enemy was actually way off in the distance.  Definite wall hack seen in the video in my opinion.
