Hello my name Is Alfredo Bello III ( Phazehekson) and it is come to my attention that I have been banned on your server(s) and I had no idea why, I would join random servers and it would kick me for Multihack and It left me baffled because I've never hacked a day in my life. I started playing again about a month or so ago after taking a rather long hiatus (3 years). After looking into this i discovered that my account was hacked about 4 months back by looking into the match history. The hacker was using my account for some time because there are multiple sketchy games on my record which i did not play. I was rather good at the game back in the day if you look at my games from 3 years ago my kdr would average around 2+. This is important because it shows when I was actually playing on my account before it was compromised. Also I would not need to hack if i was already doing well for myself. Fortunately for me  I was able to find the games in which the person was obviously hacking, some of them rather recent up to 2 months ago. Luckily someone recorded a video of the person hacking under my name and I think there is enough proof in the video to prove my innocence. The video shows that a Russian hacked my account and was blatantly hacking on a Russian server. About 25 second into the video the person opens the mini map and it shows my name and a ping  of 24 on a Russian server (he also speaks Russian in chat throughout) and I am from California and only speak English. I do not speak a single bit of Russian and there is no way I could have had such a low ping on a Russian server being in California. I believe I was unfairly banned because I wasn't the one hacking and my account was compromised and was wondering if  there was any way to get my banned lifted. I have already changed all my account info on Battlefield and hopefully the problem is resolved and I could get passed this.
