It has come to my attention that you denied my account due to being hacked and clam "your account is your responsibility.". This doesn't hold merit since even with two-factor authentication and a good password, hackers have access to two-factor authentication services that can easily bypass that. It's my responsibility up to a point, but I cannot control the servers of Origin. I would hope you can reconsider this, due to your policy not really holding any ground.
