Hello BF4 Team and Forum,

When I try to connect to the Super@ [SiC] S5 TDM Team Death Match server I get the following messages, its random, sometimes its one or the other but mostly the first one:

1 - You have lost connection to this session.

2 - You have been kicked by an admin.

I have been playing for years and the game / server maps were working fine but for the last couple of weeks I have been trying to play and I have not been able to. I have tried to fix it opening ports on the pc, router, updating punkbuster and running the test which finish with all green. I have tried fixing the game with the tool that comes with it and the last option was to uninstall and install again. All of these steps fail and I also tried contacting EA but the steps that they provide don't help either. I'm pretty much at the point that i'll just uninstall the game for good.

Has anyone had this problem and solved it with an actual solution?

I was playing BF4 on the SIC TDM server when I saw a cheater, I do not know how, but he was able to get on top of the highest stuctures in the game. I took some screenshots of him during one of the games. His name is "deptydave". Could you please look into this?

Hello BF4DB Team,

My name is Steven and a few days ago I encountered the problem when trying to play on several BF4 maps, I started to get the message "Kicked from Admin" once I was logged out and in the game before I got kicked I received a "Suspicious Stats" banning message... I don't understand why this happened? I pretty much suck at these games but don't mind since I enjoy the realism of playing war games and in particular the Deathmatch BF3 / BF4 mode since I don't have much time to play and this mode finishes quickly. Could you please shed some light on why I got banned?

What I can say to probably help and if it means anything is the hardware i'm using to play the game. Almost a year ago I acquired a Logitech G502 mouse and a Logitech 810 Keyboard, thanks to the multiple dps mode on the mouse, this has helped with my aiming and the keyboard doesn't ghost so now my movement is also better, that is the only thing that comes to mind that I have upgraded since I started playing. It's very annoying to be presumed a "cheater" and get banned for not doing anything wrong other than play and have fun.

What other evidence can I submit to show that I don't cheat, have never cheated in the game in the 5 or 6 years I have been playing BF? Also in my own opinion I think cheaters suck since they ruin the fun for everyone else.
