Evidence has surfaced to suggest that CyPnPu3uk has been using assiting tools, namely NoRecoil or NoSpread.
The following video was uploaded to his own youtube channel, advertising a No Recoil assistance program. Timestamp of 06:49 shows the norecoil in use, with perfect control of the ADS reticle (I.e. It does not move at all). He also shows himself lowering his FOV to <90, so this is not a high FOV related visual result.

This video has been analysed further by Quale using the test range to compare CyPnPu3uk's recoil, with what ADS recoil looks like on 120 FOV, you can find that video below. I cannot translate all of the russian text, but you will find a side-by-side comparison at timestamp 01:10.

Following this evidence, it is believed that CyPnPu3uk is cheating. It is worth noting, that the cheats being reported here are the same as those that were reported as used by MED0VIK, and that both MED0VIK and CyPnPu3uk are in the same Platoons/Clans. Food for thought rather than evidence.
