Hi, I was recently denied having my ban lifted due to my account being compromised. 

I understand completely that the security of accounts is my responsibility however, does this now mean that I am permanently banned for this issue? 

I have no ill intent and I am merely a casual gamer that doesn't have the means nor time to start another account for the game.

Could you please reconsider the ban? Account authentication was added to my account using an authenticator app to prevent this situation in the future.

Again, this is a case of essentially forgetting about my origin account as I became quite busy and gaming kind of took a back seat. As such I clearly didn't act fast enough with regards to getting my account in check but after quite a struggle in getting my origin account back I'm now in quite an unfortunate position. I do hope that you would reconsider.

I need some assistance please. IN 2018 my origin account was compromised and it seems as if the person was using my account with an aimbot.

I haven't played since 2017. You will also notice that I only play on South African servers as I'm based in South Africa. 

You can clearly see where the incident took place in 2018. All the games during that time was also played on servers that I have never played on before. 

We want to get our squad up team back up again, but I keep getting kicked due to the ban that happened during my compromised origin account. 

Could I get some assistance please?
