Right ok this is now a joke. Your admin said to me that if i made a new account you would leave it alone. You have known about the account "https://bf4db.com/player/945602312" for weeks now and didnt take action upon it(I even put the account in my old appeal which you looked into right?). The only reason its been banned it becasue volt has something against me. Voltolly u have kicked me from the the russian locker server on this account twice now  but u now choose to ban it because I annoyed you today on a BA server? Is this really something which is going to run in an organisation which claims to be so professional? I HAVE MADE MY MISTAKES. All my other acccounst deserve to be banned but this account was made in 2020 after all the bullshit and everything. I will quote from pmkevinnrudd "if you wanna play on a new account we wont go after it". WHY HAVE U GONE AFTER MY NEW ACCOUNT THEN? I have been very respectfull with you descision to keep me banned but I think this is out of line.  Along with that- u gave me no chances to defend the fact while yes i did share an account with vukasin but i never cheated on it. MY ACCOUNTS DESERVE BANS for associating with such scum and going as far as using his accounts but accounts I create in 2020 and after should be marked clean. There is a reason for me being allowed to play in certain DB protected servers and the 32v32 and the 5v5. Please just leave me to play on my one account- if u want gameplay I will provide gameplay to proove that this new account is as clean as can be. BA allow people who cheated in the pass to play on new accounts. (but the funny thing is i didnt cheat and they marked all my accounts clean). But if you are fully convinced that i did cheat on those accounts then allow me this account please.

Too add- you will find my ip under  https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/user/SMURF-CHAOST2/ but as it was origin accsess I can t claim it as I dont own origin accsess anymore on that account.

Since yall updated your TOS I wanted to re appeal my ban. I shared an account with a well know DDOSER called vukasin. Everyone knows my story and i feel dumb anytime i think about it. What i did was wrong and when I appealed I was rude and disrespectfull and I apologize for that. I got caught up in a lie cause i did not know when and where my ip was found so i made a guess. 

I have recently been allowed to play in the level gaming tournament who runs BF4DB on there match server. I quote from Darktime who runs the event,

- Darktimes06/27/2020 We've evaluated your documentation and will white list you for the future battles.(i can provide actual proof of this on discord as its a file on my pc).

I reached out to one of ur admins and he had this to say, Surely if u wont go after another one of my account why cant u ban this one which i used way after i got linked on all my mains?

pmkevinrudd06/08/2020- our ban policy is something along the lines of if you use an account that has been used for cheating all your accounts will get banned If you wanna play on a new account we wont go after it (yet again i can provide an ss for this)

The owner of BA who looked at my case in detail had this to say and also marked me clean,

I know im not partically liked by a few admins here but please look at my case fairly. The game is dying really quickly it seems and since then i have been able to stick to BA servers and a server where i am admin (frikkers) but now i cant really play anywhere due to this ban. Its clear that Vukasin cheated on the account and I didnt and as said in a screenshot its just ur TOS keeping me banned and since the game is dying I find this a bit mean to keep me banned because of this. If u do deny this appeal- I hope that you will leave an account i will make alone to play on severs- but quite frankly I thinks thats odd cause this account was a new account so technically this should be unbanned.

All these accounts where banned for the error false positive violations from PB. The reason i didnt try and get this acount unabnned was beacuse i never played on it and didnt claim it when i was going throught the process of unbanning the others. This account has most of my progress and premium guns and i would apprecaite if we can sort this out!
