Appeal: Good evening, I recently went back on BF4 today to play for a bit after not doing so for a week and I kept repeatedly getting kicked from servers. I noticed that it was due to "multihack" and that I was banned from playing any BF4 server. After doing a bit of research I eventually found this forum and I looked for my username along with an explanation as to why I was banned. I found the report thread in which a player screenshotted me using a RAWR in Locker TDM.

Before I describe what happened I want to make it clear that I never used any hacking/cheating software of any kind in the 2000+ hours I have played Battlefield across all titles. If I really was hacking, I wouldn't be able to play BFV, BF3 or BF1 right now.

From memory, I can say that I was playing Operation Locker TDM about 2 weeks ago when, during one of the matches, I noticed a player called (and from memory I'm 90% sure thats his name) LeftyyEdits who was using both a railgun and a robot inside the map. I did not notice that player at any point using other cheats like wallhack or aimbot although he did use some sort of noclip/flying tool to get around the map. I started interacting with him through chat and he seemed like a chill guy to me. I thought for a moment it would be cool to try out his hacked loadout which included a railgun, the pickup grenade launcher and the RAWR to have some fun as well. It was a very serious mistake on my part to trust this cheater and use his hacked kits even if it was just “for fun” and an obvious one-time experience. It goes without saying this is a lesson I wont forget anytime soon and I will not trust any hacker/cheater in the future no matter the circumstances or the game in which I encounter such a person.

He did give me his discord username and invited me, as well as a bunch of other players, into his server called "bf4 fun" so we could get into voice chat and talk for a bit. While doing that, he also linked me the website from which he got his cheats from (which I checked for about 15 seconds before closing and never opening it again). Here's the link in question: *link removed by administator*

Here is also a picture of the hacker's account on discord: https://imgur.com/a/c5WhmOm

And a picture of my own discord username and tag: https://imgur.com/a/J1jzxtj

Here is the battlereport for the game in which the hacker was present (if you click on the username it shows his best vehicle being the RAWR): https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/1276979058154041728/385879884/

I do not own nor have I ever had the intention to download and use any sort of cheating/hacking software. I have been playing Battlefield since 2010 and it never occurred to me to use hacks to make my experience more "fun" or to gain an advantage on other players. For me, this hacker dropping me his kit was an opportunity to break the monotony from playing the same experience for several years. Again, it was an honest mistake on my part to indirectly partake in his cheating and it is a well learned lesson to not do it again. If you look more closely into my other battle reports, there is no indication of me cheating or using hacks on other players. My Battlelog stats are legit and show no signs of cheating or hacking either.

Finally, I have sent a data fetching request to discord since I deleted the hacker's server from my account recently. In a few days to a few weeks I should be able to provide further proof that I wasn't the one spawning in illegal items and hacking within the server. It goes without saying that this is an experience I will not repeat again as I've clearly been shown the consequences of partaking in a hacker's actions no matter how nice the person seems. I am sorry for causing any trouble to other players who were on the receiving side of the hacker's antics and I will do my best to stay away from cheaters in the future.

Hopefully my appeal will be considered and I hope to get a response soon.
