Why should it ban you ? Its the server admins decision.
VPN could be blocked by server admins
A IP from a cheating person can be KICKED and blacklisted for xxx Days.
etc.

In my days with BFBC2 Servers i had issues with VPN and IP kicks so i deactivated the ban feature and just enabled to kick such users.

But in GENERAL I DO NOT RECOMMEND VPN SERVICES and also NOT WLAN .. use a wired connection via D-LAN or Ethernet (LAN)
In STEAM and also WINDOWS 10/11 you can MASK your IP etc. also some Routers and or BIOS of you Computer can do so....

Added some infos for LINUX Servers:

On Linux servers you have to do the same steps but additionally copy your PunkBuster folder to "/cod4server/.callofduty4/pb/" If you dont set basepath and homepath it is creating a hidden folder (instead of the Windows AppData) but this folder is missing the needed pb files.

    pb_sv_writecfg
    pb_sv_writecfg pbucon.use
    pb_sv_restart (wait 30 seconds until pb has been restarted)

I forgot about to share this with you guys here ... im sorry. I worked on this to get best settings for my PB Protected Servers.
PunkBuster without configuration is just a lame dog but you can give it i a good bite with this config + MD5 Tool

Should also fit to BF3 and BF4 dependencies for PunkBuster and Streaming to ACI and PBBans

Its useless if you dont want to do really smth against cheater, its a bad joke, ure a bad joke. why should i waste my time searching for this videos ?

This Players cheating since years, are not banned by EA and have a GOOD or Clean status on your Service.

If you want i can search in my recorded Video Database and old PB and BF Logs for their clearly visible violences (cheats) and post it here. But takes some time i have a lot stuff to check then.

Btw. in between you can check their YouTube/Twitch profiles they have some videos up where you can clearly see they are cheating, linked on their profile pages.

And can you explain me one thing, those guys are 100% Cheater since years how couldnt they got cached now ?

They never hide their cheats, theyre all offensive cheaters. But not banned ?
