Reason for Banning: Linked Account

NOTE: A year ago my account was banned in my absence. I looked for help and I could not, I decided to create another account and I bought the game again. but you guys banished me for having some kind of link with that old account. Please, I just want my account back, since I did not do anything wrong to deserve this. because the old account I no longer use for almost a year.

For the new account has nothing to do with an old account. if it is the case every time I buy a game or make an account I will be banned from sharing the same ip.
