    The users health was stated to be 167 after he killed me, and this was after I had landed a few successful hit markers on him. I have a photo I took with my phone but I have no way of attaching it on here.

    I see nothing to support this claim. Also normally somebody shouldn't have over 100 health. So it could be a bug. Sometimes the killcam gives wrong information about who the target is you killed and how much health the killer had.
