    This guy seems to be using ESP and knows where everyone is. He's also using a SCAR-h and has no bullet drop even when shooting guys across the map.

    Honestly, I don't see anything that suggests esp or no bullet drop. I think you missed the detail that the range distance of the gun is at 100m, so that would explain.
