Aimbotters tend to have a high headshot rate (over 40%, snipers, magnum etc are excluded from this). Often combined with a high kill per minute.  

Some assault rifles have higher average headshot rates than other. The AK12 and AN94 are known to cause very high HS stats.

Snipers needs to be considered on case to case bases, High headshot rates with snipers in Hardcore mode could indicate the usage of aimbot as a bolt action sniper is always a one shot in the body in this mode. 

PDW/Carbines and pistols can vary quite a bit because of hip fire. Revolvers have a higher headshot rate as they can one shot people with headshots on close range.    

 On shotguns the headshot rate is very unpredictable because of the random pellet spread. It also depends on the type of shells the player is using.

Sometimes an aimbot is set up to aim at the body of the player or has a rotating lock. This could be indicated by a high kill per minute and a high accuracy (and often low HSR). 

Before reporting please first consider the following things:

-          Always check the battle report. In some cases people go on empty servers and shoot each other to unlock guns. When this is the case the guns often have a low KPM and the player has an extremely high longest nemesis- and kill streak (which can be checked on 247fairplay).

-          Shotgun shells can boost accuracy to over 100%, depending on the type of ammo used, shells can hit multiple people at once. Having a shotgun accuracy that is very high isn’t suspicious.

-          Frag rounds, Frag & Incendiary grenades, C4, RPG’s and other explosives can boost accuracy as well as damage. Also remind that grenades don’t show up on battle reports.

-          The Poison arrow from the Phantom Bow can boost the accuracy. As it can hit multiple people and does damage over time the accuracy can get over more than 100%.

-          Often people use several weapons in 1 round. Look if the player us sniper rifles during the round as it can boost the headshot rate.
