If you notice as I follow the other player around the corner he spawns right as I round the corner, as he spawns he is facing the other way and instantly does a 180 and gets a head shot on me. I know its a head shot because I was still at 100 health and the server is not hardcore. He also had 37% accuracy for the entire round as seen in the battlereport.
