I spectated player the whole time, he was using a blatant damage mod the whole match with aimlock and a JNG-90. I suspect he bought a compromised acct, changed the password, name, and began to use it to cheat. Refused to talk to me when accused because he "doesn't talk to hackusators". I'd like to mention that this may appear to be a rage-induced report based on my stats in the round. I was actually having a rather good time trying to learn how to not crash the scout heli, much less use it and get a positive KD lol. This is what led to me noticing him cheating. I began to notice his cheats when I came in for a strafe after almost crashing (didnt take any damage from that btw)  and he one tapped me out of the cockpit with no headshot. I've cut the video up to exactly the parts showcasing his cheats, for convenience. The recording is from the same match the battlereport is linked to.
