He was firing multiple rounds in vehicles at once, I think he somehow equipped every type or multiple types of weapons/shells at the same time or something in that direction. They all reloaded simultaneously.

He fired 2 shots at once in the tank, dealing about 80 damage and even more in the jet and LAV and those can only be described as laser beams.

Im only uploading this for now since it all takes so long to encode and crushes my internet speed, I hope this is enough proof.
