M00N71 uses glitch with his spawnbake outside of the Locker TDM HC Map. He's the only sniper in the Squad so you can tell it must be his. Even the enemies are aware of it and try to destroy it. See the video proof:

You can access it by running upstairs on Echo, you just momentarily run in redzone. Dunno if its bannable tho

Yeah that's totally accessible and not a glitch. It's just a matter of beating the timer running out of bounds to get there. This is more of a server preference issue.

There is a small in-bounds area on the other side of the door, which can be reached, just by running.
