I see no stats that confirm this, the report you posted shows the player going 5-4, nothing weird from it. Looking myself at evidence for your claim i see not much suspicious data next to the slight above average AN 94 hsr. However, the AN 94 stats are lowkill and low kpm, also the rounds are low kpm. As the AN 94 is like the AK 12 and AR 15 known for easier to headshot i see not enough evidence to ban the player. 

Next time please provide proof if you report a player. This makes our work easier and will help you to get the people you report banned (if they cheat).
