71% HSK in a game with AUG is not enough ? 

ok , here is video from my perspective , you can see he pre fire before I even in his vision and I am not close so no foot steps = 00:30 sec on the video ( 50% ). also video shows how bad he is even with his WH on , so 71% HSK is not a skill , it is aimbot on .
