First of all, reporting a player for ESP and using a 17 second video won't work. In our ban policy (https://bf4db.com/banning) you can read the following:

"All video evidence should be a minimum of one minute in length, although two minutes is preferred to show the context of the video."

We do make exeptions like for extremely blatant aimbots, fly hacks, etc, but for things like aimbot and especially ESP we do want some longer videos. With all the mechanics in battlefield, like 3D spotting, commanders, sound, chatslogs, minimap, sound working and player experience people can sometimes have a very insane game sense. To rule out odd shots, luck, experience and bugs we need enough video evidence.
