These no killcam on hardcore and the vid is short.
Provide evidence from spectator view. 1 minute or more.

You can see him shooting out through the wall above the doorway however can understand this is not 100% conclusive. No spec footage is available but if we catch him again will submit via discord.

i see it was someone else recording, tell them how to get a proper evidence from spectator view, so we can act on it.
