Gun twitching and snapping to targets while aiming, suspicious aimbot maybe also with wh/esp or multihack.

Tell me: Where do you see Aimbot, Wallhack or Multihack there? 

I have over 2k hours in both bf4 and CS:GO, therefore "snapping" to enemies as you call it is common if you have a decent aim.

I am not even good at this game, I just know how to play the M16 on medium range without dying too often - thats why I have a good K/D.

Thats right - 6.5kd mainly assault player and you are twice as good as the pro's...
