    He was exploiting the out of bounds area on Siege of Shanghai to hide himself and only use the mav in TDM. He also set up a spawn beacon so he can quickly get back to the same spot incase he dies. The mav in TDM shouldn't even be allowed but I know there's probably nothing you can do about that since the devs did allow it for who knows what reason, but exploiting the out of bounds area is not what devs intended I'm sure. 

    Here's footage of him laying on a ledge that you cannot get on without going out of bounds and going behind the building.

    Both the player and the beacon are visible. So I don't see any abuse or unfair advantage.
