I've only got 1-2 one frames in this game in 2000 hours. Every other time if I go frame by frame I can see the health in correct steps.

Here this guy is doing a two frame with RPK (first might have been headshot, secons shot no headshot and > 40 damage) and afterwards headshot (> 100 damage).

Unfortunately Symthic has been shut down but damage for RPK is around 30 and these kills are not possible.
