    His stats don't look to bad, This was pretty clear.  I missed first shot, but many more hit him, there where no hit markers, the guy off screen to my right was hitting him as well.  My connection was 14 ms vs his 64-65 so not much of a miss match.

    since you loaded in quite recently, it could be the bug where his hitboxes didn't load for you. this player streams his games and it doesn't look like he uses cheats
