He shot me in suspicious ways several times during the match... last time i checked the scoreboard he was something like 20/1 (ball park figure but i clearly remember his kd being something suspicious for an infantry only player on a map like zavod for the first 5 minutes of a round). I them announce his "damage mod status" in chat (more than once) then others chimed in when they too started getting suspiciously killed. Question ... am I to add a battlereport like this to a report when the "suspect" knows how to game the system? Is there a way you guys can look at this and see the 3 times he killed me from 40+ meters away, from full health, with an ace carbine, with one shot not being a headshot? Because if you can then I was unaware and I apologize for my ignorance and will ensure it doesn't happen again in the future.

If you can not prove your story with battlereports, try to record his gameplay, check if he has a punkbuster ban somewhere, see if he has linked accounts.

But without evidence and only a story, there is nothing we can do.

I recorded him now, and he indeed has a damage mod. Next time try to record him yourself. It does not happen too often that I get to spectate a reported player.
