Not sure what kind of cheat that is, but despite having high ping his high hs can't be explained. Server was low populated, he wasn't bipoding. Plenty of other reports with abnormal amout of hs, mixed with very low hs (if he was "hs only" player it would be more consistent). Don't have other tools to check his account. His bf4db profile stats also indicate the cheat
