i dont have video proof. He was gunning for me in tank and killing from distance extremely quickly (http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/920637523963678208/993774529/). 

He said this was an alternate account; wouldn't say what it was, only that it was 130 level.

His accuracy on guns is extremely high (above 30+% on all assuail/carbines/pdw); e.g. pdw-r 39% after 20kills. I would think these numbers are enough. 

i dont see anything overtly suspicious in recent battle reports, but maybe you see something i don't.
