Damage Mod.  G36 and LSAT stand out at 99.5% K/H.

Not sure why his stats are different on 247FairPlay, but the BF4stats history tracker doesn't show a reset.  But it's clear to me that the reset occurred sometime in the last six months, maybe even later back in November 27, 2016.   The damage mod is obvious, so I'm going to ban him based on 247FairPlay's collection of stats, and his other account.  This should be more than enough -- the evidence is very strong here.
