Wallhack/Aimbot. Looks like a possible damage mod as well, but not sure.

SE = Supporting Evidence. A timestamp that looks odd or contributes towards evidence but is not concrete.

0:00 - 0:05 - SE - Odd Hipfire Headshot - Could have been glitchy since spec still loading
0:12 - 0:20 - Wallhack - No friendly Tugs present, watch as he follows from the enemy spawn beacon down to the ramp exit.
1:03 - 1:06 - Wallhack/Aimbot - Aimbot Snap
1:08 - 1:15 - Aimbot - There is a tiny snap that can be seen at slow speed
1:39 - 1:43 - SE/Wallhack - Pre-aims precisely at prone enemy that is not visible on minimap. Note that he specifically keeps his aim low and to the right indicating he knows #1, where the enemy is, and #2, that the enemy is prone. SE since you can see the flashlight go off, but aim is on target.
2:00 - 2:10 - Wallhack - Notice he pre-aims at the enemy while obstructed, and fires at the enemy who is also obstructed prior to moving out of cover. The other 2 enemies also do not appear to have been spotted on the minimap. There are enemies spotted there, but on they are up 1 level.
2:10 - 2:18 - Wallhack - No enemies visible on minimap, notice how he tracks the enemy downward prior to seeing him.
3:20 - 3:23 - SE/Aimbot - Looks like a soft aim assist, but an interesting HS kill through smoke nevertheless
4:28 - 4:32 - Aimbot - Very abrupt snap and lock
5:12 - 5:16 - Wallhack - Notice he stops and aims exactly when the enemy is exiting the ramp.
5:16 - 5:21 - Aimbot - Snap
5:56 - 6:00 - SE/Aimbot - Snap
6:13 - 6:19 - Wallhack
6:58 - 7:03 - Aimbot - Multple snapping back and forth. Pause at about 7:00 to see an enemy prone by the destroyed bench, this is who he snaps to after aiming at the guy on the right.
9:38 - 9:42 - Aimbot - Odd snap right when the elevator doors open
11:01 - 11:05 - Aimbot - Notice how he's firing roughly where the enemy heads are despite having access to shoot at their feet.
12:08 - 12:12 - Aimbot - Snap
...
There are more small snaps visible but nothing dramatic towards the end of the video
