Suspect of Damage Mod

I immediately became suspicious when [player] body shot me from 100% to 0% with a JNG-90 (weak sniper) long range
as if it was a barret-50cal. What further confirmed my suspicions is when he 1 shot kills me and my teammates with an m9 pistol dealing
higher than normal damage from a pistol weaker than the d-eagle. I'll let the video do the telling....

*    I noticed a pattern in the cheat report. There are several games in between each one he does "incredibly well" with little to no activity.     *
      Possibly a way to stay off the radar otherwise he'd already have a 100% cheatscore.

Server is WBKS bolt action rifles TDM, a non hardcore server. 

at 2:10 he 1 shot headshots a player with 100% hp with an MP443. The max damage of an mp443 is 27. this multiplied by HSR multiplier is 58. Earlier in the video when the spectator is playing he seems to get 2 shot. 100 - 50 - 0 by the M9, which has also a max damage of 27  (1:13).
