Hey here are some clips I have of this guy on APEX, we are also sus of him for no recoil along with damage hacks.

The youtube video only shows 3 kills, this is not enough to tell if he is cheating or that he just was lucky in those 3 kills. Judging his average hsr with DMR's on average and in latest rounds i would say its the second. The higher damage output stats are caused cuz he is playing in hardcore servers. The data our database (just like for instance 247fairplay and battlelog get) on terms of damage works the following. it's a simple calculation of kills/hits * 100%. However when you play hardcore you only have 60% health. This messes up the calculation and causes minor damage increases. 

Regarding the streamables of King Ceph: In the recordings i see somebody who is camping behind a wall and shooting some angles, i dont see any indication the player is cheating. I also see that in your recordings you have severe connection issues (i see the latency issue symbol and the package loss symbol often). This can give the feeling he kills fast (but hits are shown delayed). I see no stats that are above damage limits nor in hardcore, nor in normall servers.
