    Very odd movement throughout the match caused me to spectate this user. Sure enough, the odd movement continued. through the match (during spectating) this user can be clearly seen looking around at different walls and corners, that most players wouldn't even give the time of day. 

These videos descriptions contain thorough observations of the videos, and may give a better understanding as to what you are seeing.

    I also believe it must be said that through this match, the users mouse placements and shots, were not what you would expect from someone with well over 4,000 hours. Through many other players and YouTubers with similar hours, it can be noted that most users with this large scale of playtime usually don't jitter their mice too much, and have a very good level of control, which is not seen here. This leads me to believe there is a strong possibility that someone else has jacked this account.
