This was not on a HC server and was using defensive perk. Phantom bow should leave player on 7 hp (body) within 35m. this player 1 shot without making HS (best case scenario should be 7 hp). @ 5:01 you can see, even at such range i was dropped to 1 hp.

From what i read it is possible to to 1 shot somebody with the bow who is using a defensive perk. But another admin needs to confirm this.

Just got back from work so I can run some tests, maybe my memory is wrong, but when I've used (especially when server is low population) people like to bow only and always takes 2 shots unless it's headshot (afaik HS is always 1 shot), but in the cam there's no headshot. Needs verifying though.

people can use poison arrows to boost their accuracy with the bow. This could also explain why his bow damage is sligthly under average. The oneshots all looks to be aimed at the a specific area, need to verify if this oneshots people with defensive perk.
