Deceptive cheaters with customizable cheats can set the damage very high for most of the round, then set the damage very low & hit a friend enough times to balance the stats out. When they are not careful however, this overcompensation will also be visible in the stats

It's not possible to get 30-35 KPH (kill 30-35% of your hits) when you used a pump action shotgun for 99% of all your kills. Especially not in hardcore mode, especially not in crowded maps like Metro and Locker, and especially not with the kind of accuracy (80-90%) that can only suggest buckshot/darts

KPH can be affected by multiple factors such as explosives and other gadgets.
