^This is a clip of him from the battlereport I presented as evidence. Due to my shadowplay issue, the game's audio was not recorded.

^I watched his game for several rounds, and I could see that he could pinpoint the movement and position of his opponents.

^While I was spectating him he used a shotgun all along. When he first played with the rifle, he showed a strange crosshair movement. And he switched back to a shotgun on his next respawn.
His performance on some rounds made me think he was using a toggleable hack.
