I was in the same game with this individual and saw him dropping over 150 kills in less than 20 minutes, not even half way into the game. He left the game shortly after.

As seen in this battle report, this individual scored 21,255 points and dropped 151 kills. Based on his SPM of 1286, which is more than double his average SPM, I'm assuming he did all this within less than 17 minutes (by dividing his score by his SPM).
