I'm not the best SJ dog fighter but i know what a hacker with modified damage can do in jets. 

on TBG Silk Road, he couldn't maneuver to SJ dog fight and would always die from being chased. However when seen head on, 1-3 shot from his cannons would take you out 100 to 0 while you're in jet. No Enemy Vehicle equipment is listed when you die.
