    Im unsure if it was a bug or he was cheating but it seems like he was using some sort of a damage mod. Its a fresh account hes made so either new or got caught and is smurfing, or is rejoining the game. I have video and photos of what happened to better explain what was happening.

    Could be a bug and in this place you really can take dmg like this (i think you didnt know that happens since you didnt move)  and the death screen bugged.
    A single video like this is not enough. we need a video from spectator view (if possible) with 1 minute o more, no edited. screenshots doesnt show context. 
    For now nothing suggest cheating.
