The attached battle report link is for a match that was forced to end by DDoS.

He is a suspected DDoS Attacker, a well-known player in the Asian region. When he is killed by a stronger player, the server is immediately DDoS'd.

All I can do is to inform you guys at BF4DB of these facts and attach the battle reports of the matches that have been forcefully terminated due to them. With only these information it will be hard to prove that he is really a DDoS attacker, to be clear.
If it is possible, I would like you to investigate him and the DDoS problem in the Asian region in more detail.

This isn't evidence of a Denial of Service attack. These require additional evidence, above that of reporting a cheater.
