We need a better evidence. Longer vid also. 

Is it not enough to see in the video that the player has two projectiles flying out at the same time? I think everything is clearly visible. Okay, you just need a long video and that's it? for how many minutes?

This video is inadmissible as evidence due to the use of editing, or an overlay obscuring a portion of the screen.
