I really don't know what to make of this guy. Game play really doesn't stand out but the HS stats across the board are completely out of touch with what I've seen in game. Is this just a case of a lot of stat padding early in the account? Also, residential IP use listed in BF4DB and PBBans are very different.
Just want a second opinion on this.

no battlereports that suggest usage of aimbot, or anything outstanding for that matter. these headshot stats are naturally achievable. try getting some video evidence if possible
