There is nothing in the report used (well i dont think there is) but they have received a 1 Week Suspension - LvL3 Monitoring Active # UYt8E5

Also in an appeal on the server where this was picked up the person admitted to using cheat a while back as that is what they thought the ban was from as can be seen here in their answer

I tried such a cheat ! I had no idea about the excessive bans in online games etc. because I had one Get worldwide ban! The permanent ban, hardware bans, IP bans, etc., although you have bought a new game and no longer have cheat programs on your hat, you will still be banned! This is something of an exaggeration in a game where nothing is at stake ! They should rather take care of the sites that sell the cheat programs! And leave private individuals alone because they don't earn any money with them !!"
