They were doing well in report#1, report#2 they weren't doing so great so I suspect they turned it off.

Their stats are VERY abnormal and so is their gameplay. I do have footage of them, but they had 160+ ping making it very hard to determine anything. However despite this, their random pauses and awkwardly walking around suggests that they may be cheating as that's the typical behavior when cheats tell you you're being spectated.

I'll gladly submit video I have and I will try to get more if I can if I see them again. Many players in {WHG} have agreed with me that this specific player is very suspicious.
