this player is currently set as clean but he is defenelty not clean.

he got banned on battlefield agency with the exact same video.

pleas rewatch the FULL video i send you a couple of days ago and have a look at this parts of the video in specific:

3:26 shooting a guy behind a wall and pushing him with prefire

3:33 doing the same again

4:52 i think the fact this guys are spotted is just a specmodebug (not sure)

5:00 perfekt peak (possible, but extremly unlikely)

5:22 looks like he is aiming at a guy behind the wall

6:27 again he is aiming at a prone guy behind the wall (the enemy shoots a second later and this does not make any sense to aim there)

6:32 interesting prefire

7:20-7:30 (he has clearly more information than he should have)

you also should also have in mind this guy is extremly new to the game, has not really played locker before and outfrags 24/7 locker tryhards.
