Hi, I begun spectating this player after a few people in the lobby at the time had called him out for it. He knew i was spectating from the start and says as much in chat. I have asked a friend to spectate also. At all attempts he either leaves the game or proceeds to camp in the spawn point and deliberately play badly. So of course footage of cheats is hard to get. I have footage of his behaviour in game (leaving, stopping upon being spectated). Is there anyway around this? The admins of the server i play on require evidence of cheaters but it is impossible to get as he knows when he is being watched. 

I will attach some of the footage i have gathered of his responses to being watched. Any feedback is welcome :)

Thanks for trying to record evidence, but your videos are not very good.

Video 1: Youtube just loaded in 480p, try uploading with a better resolution (same for the second vid). And the video is too short.

Video 2:You talk in chat while spectating, I suggest not doing that, if you've already talked to him in spec in the previous round it's no surprise he knows you're back when he sees you leave the server.

Video 3: Short video and just a spec bug.

We need a longer vid.
Nothing suggest cheating.
