Next time you record please dont be in a discord group chat (especially with the discord volume being louder than the game). When we check spectator footage for ESP we need to focus on gamestyle, visuals, map intelligence and also for sound. It's very difficult for me to hear player sounds if you guys start to talk about how much the player is cheating and after this starting to have a political discussion. Best is mute discord when you are spectating. 

now about the video: I see no indication the player is cheating. Judging on his corner checking and how he pays attention to sound i would say this is an experienced player who knows how the maps and guns work.
