first: damage data of the AEK: AEK does max 24,5 damage, headshot multiplier is 2,13.

Now lets watch the video frame by frame:

Your health goes like this: 100-76 (-24 cuz of bodyshot) - 24 (headshot that did 51 damage [2.13 x 24,5 = 52,18 max damage so possible as well considering the range] - 0 (again bodyshot of 24). 

This concludes the video doesn't show anything out of the ordinary. Player is not cheating, no indication of damage mod in his other battlreports or stats.
