It seems that i'm banned because of this report:

Mate, the report data says u need less than 2 hits per kill. The ace 23 does 25 damage on a normall server. At headshot bonus and it would be 52.... So its kinda suspicious cuz your gun has the magic to do more than double the damage than it should do.
