    in which i was told that the previous owner used this account to cheat..
    i get that i can't get a banned account unbanned if it has been used to cheat.....
    But if the owner of the account is no longer the one who used to cheat...
    May i request to lift the ban?
    I assure you that you won't be hearing any ban reports from this account from now on...
